Issyk Ata is a beautiful gorge that has hot springs. It takes just two hours to get there from Bishkek. There you can have a nice light hiking to a mountain waterfall by a small pass. You can have a picnic at the bottom of the falls and as an option you can swim in an open swimming pool with mineral hot water. You will swim there enjoying perfect view of mountains around!
Program:
9.00 a.m. Your guide meets you in the hotel.
11.00 a.m. Arrival to the gorge Issyk Ata. This name translates as Hot Spring because of the mineral water that preserves healing properties. In soviet period there was built a special resort with hot springs to treat people. The resort still works and people go there to swim in a special swimming pool or to drink the water.
11.20 a.m. We will start our hike to the waterfall. But before that we will visit the unique depiction of Buda that is more than 100 years old. In ancient time many people used to come to this place to pray. This place even today considered as a sacred one.
1.30 p.m. Way up to the waterfall.
2.00 p.m. Picnic.
4.00 p.m. Departure to your hotel.
